Butterfly Feet
Let toddlers stand on a piece of paper with their feet apart. Trace around feet to make butterfly wings. Draw a butterfly body between each pair of wings and add antennae and smiling faces. Let toddlers decorate the butterflies with glue and glitter.

Change Holder
Buy jars from a craft store or recycle baby food jars. Cover lids with glue and attach beads, pebbles or small objects to the glue.
Sidewalk Art
Supply toddlers with different shapes and colors of sidewalk chalk. Think of different themes to talk about and draw pictures to go along with the theme. Let toddlers draw their own pictures and then have fun washing the sidewalk/driveway with the hose when they're done drawing.
Yarn Bubbles
Blow up a small balloon. Mix equal parts of starch and glue. Cut different colors of yarn into long pieces. Let toddlers dip yarn into the starch and glue and wrap it around the balloons. Hang the balloons to dry. When the yarn has dried, pop the balloons and carefully remove them, leaving Yarn Bubbles.
Toddler Fishing Game
Make fishing poles from wooden dowls. Attach a short piece of yarn to each pole. Tie a magnet to the end of yarn. Cut colored construction paper into small fish shapes. Attach a paper clip to each fish. Let toddlers use the poles to catch as many fish as they can.
